Lana and its surroundings are predestined for a basic training early in the season. The climatically mildest area of South Tyrol (even palm trees are growing here) is a real and overall cheaper
opportunity to train then the island travels.
Werner Überbacher, amateur world champion of the long distance and graduated in sports and nutrition, will guide one group and moreover give a lecture on the themes of nutrition and
training theory.
This week is addressed to ambitious cyclists training for a solid basis for the new season. Nevertheless during the guided tour, fun is also not missed out.
